Why “Three Nine”
A date, and a grid.
March 9th — 3/9 — is the day I met my wife and co-founder. The moment that changed everything got to name the company.
It’s also the rule of thirds — the 3×3 grid in every camera: three columns, nine zones — the foundation of intentional composition.
A reminder, every time we raise a camera: how you frame things — in media and in life — makes all the difference.

Built with purpose
Media should serve a purpose.
Three Nine Media grew from roots in marketing, branding, and sales — not just photography. That’s why everything we make is built to do a job: win the listing, book the night, fill the showroom.
Three Nine Media is a Chicago photography and video company. Since 2019, we have produced photography and video for thousands of listings, homes and businesses across Chicagoland.
A partner, not a vendor
We don’t shoot and leave — every frame represents your brand and works toward your goal
Media that sells, not just looks good
We understand real estate, sales, and how buyers behave — and shoot accordingly
Everything in one place
Photo, video, drone, 3D, floor plans, branding — one appointment, one standard, one partner
Behind the lens
“Anyone can press a button. Our work starts long before the click and ends when the media is doing its job for you.”
