Three Nine Media is a Chicago photography and video company. Since 2019, we have produced photography, video, drone, 3D tours and floor plans for commercial properties, construction projects, multifamily buildings, developments, hospitality spaces and businesses across Chicagoland — Cook, Lake, DuPage, Kane, McHenry, Kendall and Will counties.

Yes. Progress photos and drone, pre-drywall 3D scans, crew and testimonial videos, and renderings before the project is built. One visit or on a monthly schedule.
Yes. Multi-location work can be planned as one coordinated project, with scope, travel, access, deliverables and timing defined before production.
Yes. Three Nine Media carries Commercial General Liability coverage of $2 million per occurrence and $4 million aggregate.
Yes. When a property, client or project requires a certificate of insurance, we provide it as part of project planning.
Yes. Drone work is FAA Part 107 certified and insured, and depends on safe weather, permitted airspace and the requirements of the location.
Three Nine Media retains ownership of the media. Commercial usage is licensed according to the project and intended use. Any broader third-party or additional usage should be discussed when the scope is prepared, and the current Terms & Conditions govern the project.

It depends on the project. Larger productions, multiple locations, special access, aerial requirements and stakeholder coordination benefit from more advance planning. Send the scope as early as possible so timing can be confirmed.
