Is there a long-term contract?
No long-term lock-in. Plans start with a 3‑month term, then continue month to month. Scope and price are in writing before the first shoot.
What if we have a quiet month?
The plan flexes. When less is happening, we shift to your team, your space and brand content.
Can we change what we shoot each month?
Yes. Each month follows what’s happening in your business: a new project, a menu change, an event or a new hire.
Who owns the photos and video?
Three Nine Media keeps the copyright. You receive a non-exclusive license to use the media in your own business marketing and branding: your website, social media, ads, Google profile, proposals and print. Giving or selling the media to anyone else, such as partners, vendors or publications, requires our permission. The details are in our Terms.
